Merry Graham

  Merry has had a successful career in business management within the FMCG and public sectors.
  She then trained as a psychotherapist and in organisational and leadership development.
 
  Over the last 25 years Merry has coached leaders and consulted to organisations on integrating
  cultural change. She created the Whole-Person Authentic Life Education Model to get to the real
  roots of sustainable performance and set up the Visionary Leadership Foundation to seed the
  Whole-Person Authentic Life Model of success into communities via young leaders.
 
Merry has-been at the fore front of leadership development since 1990, championed accreditation and supervision within the profession and supervises other leadership consultants. She is also author of "21st Century Leadership", speaks regularly around the world on leadership and advises CEO's, entrepreneurs, politicians and professionals from the world of theatre music and sport on transforming cultures through holistic leadership. She has extensive experience of working with complex layers of organisational cultures and transitions and combines her business and theatre background with her educational and psychology training as a powerful force for change

  Maggie Holleran
  Maggie started her career in HR management and for the past 25 years has had extensive
  experience of working in operational, managerial and project management roles including leading and developing
  teams in the public, private and 3rd sectors.

More recently she has trained in Whole-Person Leadership coaching and works with Merry at Visionary Leadership to train and coach leadership skills to individuals and teams within Corporate and NHS organisations in the UK and Europe. She is also co-facilitator on the Whole-Person Coaching programme. Qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and member of the Association for Coaching and BACP. Maggie also holds a Diploma in Gestalt Counselling, Facilitating Parent and Infant Relationships, Certificates in Coaching and has trained as a Health Creation Mentor.

Maggie combines her experiences from a variety of business and charity backgrounds with her passion to get the Whole-Person Authentic Life Education development work out to the next generation of leaders. She believes her coaching and counselling work with current leaders will be the catalyst to bring on the next level of younger leaders to influence workplace cultures and communities in the future.
